KEK LAPIS OREO SI HITAM MANIS

INGREDIENTS

22 NOS. EGGS (USE FIVE EGG WHITE ONLY)
500 GM BUTTER
2 TBLSP CORN OIL
280 GM CASTER SUGAR
20 GM STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM POWDER
4 TBLSP CONDENSE MILKL
110 GM TOP FLOUR
1 TBLSP OVALETT
1 TSP STRAWBERRY EMULCO
100 GM MIX FRUITS OR JUST RED & GREEN CHERRIES FOR DECORATION
1 PKT OREO BISCUITS(BREAK BY USING YR FINGER COARSLY)
1 PKT MINI OREO COOKIES FOR DECORATION THE TOP LAYER

METHODS

1. IN A MIXING BOWL (NORMALLY I USE KENWOOD MAJOR) MIX, BUTTER, CONDENSE MILK STRAWBERRY PASTE AND BEAT WITH HIGH SPEED UNTIL WHITE AND FLUFFY.

2. IN ANOTHER BOWL, MIX EGGS YOLK, WHITE, SUGAR AND OVALETT, AND BEAT AT HIGH SPEED UNTIL STIFF.

3.ADD IN NO. 1 TO NO. 2 MIX SLOWLY AND ADD IN FLOUR AND ICE CREAM POWDER MIX WELL AND PREPARE THE BAKING TIN.

4. BAKING TIN, PREPARE 10 X 7 X 3 GREASE ALL AROUND AND BAKING PAPER ON THE BASE OF TIN.

5. PREHEAT OVEN AT 180 , ADD IN ABOUT 4 TABLE SPOON BATTER SPREAD AND FILL THE BASE AND BAKE ABOUT FIVE MINS, AFTER 5 MINS CHANGE HEAT TO GRILL AND GRILL EVERY LAYER USINFG GRILL AND EVERY ALTERNATE LAYER SPRINKLE WITH CHERRIES OR MIX FRUITS AND OREO BISCUIT, REPEAT PROCEDURE UNTIL FINAL LAYER AND ON THE FINAL LAYER ARRANGE MINI OREO COOKIES AND MIX FRUITS AND WITH NORMAL OVEN HEAT 180 FOR ABOUT 15 TO 20 MINS. LEAVE TO COOL ABOUT 5 HRS BEFORE SERVING...
